Open My Orders in your account and select the order. Delivered account details, codes, or items appear there.
If the order shows a what happens next message instead, the seller has not delivered yet. Accounts are usually instant, while currency is delivered by the seller shortly after, so give it a little time, and contact the seller through the order if needed.
