After you confirm an order, a warranty window protects you against an account being reclaimed by the seller or original owner, or bans caused by actions the seller took before the sale.
Windows are 5 days for accounts and 72 hours for currency and items. It does not cover problems you cause, such as changing the credentials, playing, or a ban from your own use. Full terms at https://www.zocastra.com/legal/account-warranty.
